The Glenwood PTO will host a winter family engagement event at Skateland on Thursday, January 9, from 6:00-8:00PM. This will be free for all Glenwood families, but parents/guardians will need to stay with their children throughout the event. Concessions will be available to purchase. We will also have our 2nd quarter awards assemblies on Friday, January 10th. Grades PK-2 will begin at 2:00PM, with grades 3-5 beginning at 2:45PM. Thank you!

The Booster Club will provide $10 for each player to eat, but players will be responsible for anything above the $10 provided. Good afternoon. This message is to inform parents of students in grades 6-8 that tutoring is available after school on select days from 4:00-5:00PM. ELA tutoring is provided by Mrs. Finley on Mondays and Tuesdays, and math tutoring is provided by Ms. Meeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students without internet access at home can also stay and work on homework in these rooms on the designated days. Good morning. Due to the high water that exists in several areas and the forecast for additional heavy rainfall today and tonight, there will be NO SCHOOL at Glenwood tomorrow, November 5. We will have an AMI day, and teachers will be sending work home with students to complete. Students will need to turn this in when they return to school on Wednesday. Also, all after school activities for TODAY are being canceled. This includes the basketball games at Fairview. We are monitoring the radar for changes, but currently we plan to remain in school for the remainder of the day today. Thank you.

Glenwood basketball teams will travel to Fairview on Monday, November 4. Games begin at 5:00PM. The order of games will be Girls B-team, Boys B-team, Girls A-team, and Boys A-team. There will be a bus, and it will leave at 4:00PM. Basketball players and cheerleaders need to bring $2 each, if possible, and we will get them pizza after school. Thank you!
