The Glenwood Knights attended the Central Ozarks Chess Tournament at the West Plains High School on Saturday, December 16, 2017. The students played against students from 12 different schools from the Central Ozarks area with approx. 36 students participating in their division. We only had 3 students participating from Glenwood at this tournament, but out of the 12 schools participating, Glenwood took home the 3rd place team plaque. We are very proud of our students for the great job that they did. Individual medals or trophies were presented for the top 10 places in each division.
Participants in the Middle School Division were: Lauren Shipley 5th place, Morgan Lee 8th place and Toby Keith.
